Shipping and Return Policy
1. Shipping Within India
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 days after dispatch
- Non-metro cities: 7–10 days after dispatch
- During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen delays, order processing or delivery may take longer. In such cases, we will keep you updated via email.
2. Return Policy
Return Window
You may place a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and with the shrink wrap intact.
- For returns due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, a ₹50 reverse shipping fee will apply.
- Alternatively, you may return the product using your preferred courier service at your own cost.
- Bulk orders (more than 5 units) are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
Important Notes
- Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Damage caused during transit is beyond our control, but we will assist you with resolution.
- Contact our support team within 7 days for replacement/return assistance.
In such cases, we will cover the reverse shipping cost.

- If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- There is a pricing error
- The product is unavailable
- Any other unavoidable reason arises
In such cases, we will inform you and provide a 100% refund.
- If a delivery fails due to:
- incorrect/incomplete address,
- customer not available, or
- any customer-related reason,
any additional re-delivery charges will be collected from the customer.
6. Refund Policy
Refund for Returned Products
- Refund will be initiated once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
- For COD orders, customers must provide their bank details for NEFT refund.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
